I believe real estate is all about the customer: first-time home buyer, down sizing, retiring, mortgage upside down, too big, too small, too many stairs, new baby, changing jobs, divorcing, getting married, loosing a loved one, moving closer to family, wanting lower taxes or a warmer climate. Whatever the situation!!! That's why I love real estate. People need help. Real estate give me that opportunity. Like tending a garden or perfecting a golf swing, real estate is similar in that one must put in the time and effort in order to see results.
