Born and raised in New Jersey, Eileen resided in Chatham and Madison, graduating Madison High School. Her early profession was a secretary in the Marketing Dept. at The Mennen Company in Morristown and then in the Solid State Physics Dept. at ATT, Bell Laboratories. She raised her family in New Providence and held the office of Vice President to both PTA and PTSA in the New Providence schools and among her duties were arranging for communities meetings and fundraisers. She earned her real estate degree in Dec. 1986 studying at the Millburn Professional School of Business. Early in her real estate career she worked for The Timony Agency in New Providence until joining the local firm, Burgdorff Realtors, in July 1994. In 2009, Burgdorff Realtors was blended into Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage, offering a strong local and international presence. Eileen has been a member of NJAR for over 30 years. Her achievements include earning membership in the NJAR Circle of Excellence in 1987 and consecutively from 1992-2021; she has been a member of the Diamond Society which is the top 10% of Coldwell Banker agents internationally. Another distinctive achievement she earned is membership in the NJAR Distinguished Sales Club. Her many other accomplishments and awards include President's Council, President's Elite, Leaders' Circle and production awards in sales, listings and total units sold.
