About Sean

Growing up in Monmouth County, I attended Middletown Township schools, later graduating from Virginia Tech with a degree in Civil Engineering. Shortly after graduation I moved to Toms River to start a family and further my career in engineering. Earning my license as a Professional Engineer working for both private developers and municipalities throughout Middlesex, Monmouth and Ocean Counties; including working as the Assistant Engineer for Neptune Township before leaving to my current position as Principal Engineer for Ocean County. Throughout my career I've gained valuable experience in the field of land development, including a vast working knowledge of land use, zoning, design and construction. Using this knowledge, I will strive to find the perfect fit for my clients, whether that be an apartment, home, or investment. My goal is to develop lasting relationships with buyers and sellers and be the person they turn to for their friends and family's Real Estate needs. When not selling and listing houses, I enjoy spending time with my wife and two daughters, and our family and friends, relaxing at the beach, hiking, and surfing.
