About Melissa

Melissa was born in New Jersey and has lived, worked, and studied throughout the state. She grew up in Allenwood-Wall Township, New Jersey attending St. Rose High School in Belmar. Melissa was a nonprofit executive for 30 years, identifying needs and providing options and service to her neighbors. Her knowledge and experience, along with her passion for helping others guided her to discover Coldwell Banker Realty and join the team as an active real estate agent. Outside of work, Melissa is a proud mother to Mason, a senior nursing student at Seton Hall University. Ask her about Mason, and she'll always have a story to share. Her affinity for the ocean, the soothing sounds of water, music, and an active lifestyle is well-known among her family and friends. Turning 50 in December 2021 marked a milestone for Melissa, as she achieved her goal of completing five 5K races before 50. Not one to rest on her laurels, she promptly set her sights on a new target: conquering 60 5Ks before the age of 60 and is on track. Melissa sets goals, makes plans and executes. She always recognizes small successes. One of her mottos is "zero fail if you are trying." Melissa is a cancer survivor. She has fondness for Mr. Rogers quotes and requires kindness from those around her.
