Became a Coldwell Banker Sales Associate in 2000, working with my wife and business partner Christine Fileti Aderhold and son, Matt; we have collaborated to form a strong team that can handle all your real estate needs. Chris, who has her brokers license, has been a longstanding Ridgewood Realtor; with an excellent track record of accomplishment. My interest in Real Estate began when Chris entered real estate back in the 80's. As our four sons grew up in Ridgewood and Chris began serving the community, our conversations about real estate were always related to learning everything I could from her.
