After graduation, I worked as a software engineer for 8 years, then joined with my husband in his computer business. As one of the business owner, My job function changed from an engineer to operation manager. I also faced to all the customer's feedback regarding to our services. Tasks I had to involve include: inventory control, accounting, personnel, sales activities, customer satisfaction, and marketing. The business was at its peak in 1996, 1997. We outgrown our office space and moved to a bigger one in 1998. At that time, we had seen the market changed. The business was closed in 2001. I picked up a lots from this period of time. I got my realtor license in 2003, since then, I had been working with buyers and sellers, I enjoyed working with people and helping them to find their dream home or selling their home smoothly. I got my PA license in March, 2021 and was exciting to expand my service area in Bucks County, PA.
