About Jeff

As a son of a retired Coldwell Banker realtor, I grew up in the business. From helping out with open houses in my teens to buying and selling Manhattan properties in my 20s, real estate is in my DNA. So is the West Windsor-Plainsboro school system. I am a proud alum of WW-P South (Go Pirates!), who graduated Cum Laude from a top state school with a double major in Finance and Supply Chain. I started my career in strategy consulting, where I helped Fortune 500 companies untangle complex problems. Ten years ago, I transitioned to Wall Street, where I spent a majority of my career working for two of the world’s largest investment banks. Both of these experiences highlighted the passion I have for using my insatiable curiosity for the hard facts / data to help clients. Now as a father of three young girls and a former NYC commuter, I have asked many of the same questions you are contemplating. I unlocked that same insatiable curiosity of the hard facts in performing an analysis of the surrounding area – with details covering commute times, schools (teacher / student ratio rates, SAT scores, etc.) and transportation means. You name it, I probably researched it! I truly believe working together is not a transaction.
