Outside the deck has been extended to full length of the trailer with a newer permanent awning to keep the sun and rain off. The lot was stoned last year and paver patio just done the end of the season. Lots of storage in the maintenance free Rubbermaid shed. Just enjoy the fire pit and breezy nights. The insta hot water heater is three years old and the Mini Split heating and air conditioning were added last year. Parking for 2. Everything stays!
