Business Philosophy We are Committed to our Clients and Dedicated to our Community Education and Training Graduated with a degree in Business Administration and a Minor in History from The College of New Jersey. I also enjoyed graduate work at Montclair State University in Economics and Environmental Studies. I am trained in Lead Safe Work Practices and am a Lead Safe Building Maintenance Technician. This allows me to knowledgeably advise my clients, both Buyers and Sellers, on the hazards of Lead paint I am also trained as a Refrigerant Transition and Recovery Technician. I have also held a NJ Black Seal Boiler License. Awards And Designations I have earned my SRES® - Seniors Real Estate Specialists designation. This qualifies me to meet the special needs and concerns of maturing Americans. By earning the SRES® designation, I have demonstrated the necessary knowledge and expertise to counsel senior clients through major financial and lifestyle transitions involved in relocating, refinancing, or selling the family home. I received special training, receive regular updates, and am prepared to offer the options and information needed in making life changing decisions. I have also earned my ABR® - Accredited Buyer Representative designation. It is the benchmark of excellence in Buyer Representation. This coveted designation is awarded by the Real Estate BUYER'S AGENT Council (REBAC), an affiliate of the National Association of REALTORS®, to real estate practitioners who meet the specified educational and practical experience criteria. I was also awarded the NAR GREEN designation. The course work required for this designation prepares Realtors to help home buyers and sellers understand the emerging renewable and sustainable technologies. I was awarded the New Jersey Association of Realtors Circle of Excellence - Bronze Award in 2004 to 2009, 2011 to 2013 and the Silver Level Award from 2014 to 1017. I am also very proud to have been awarded Lifetime Membership in the NJAR Distinguished Sales Club. Areas of Expertise I have Listed, Sold and Rented Single Family Residential Properties Multi Family Homes and Land all across Northern NJ. I have owned as many as 4 investment properties, both Single Family and Multi-Family. This allows me to advise my Clients on both the positive aspects as well as the risks of Residential Investment properties. I have also Listed, Sold and Rented Businesses and select Commercial Properties. Community Involvement I am President of the Lincoln Park Library Board of Trustees. As with any Board of Trustees, we do not run day to day activities, but rather set the long term goals and directions for the organization. We do our best to meet the needs of the community with the resources available to us. Our major focus is staying current with technology, offering the best possible enhancements to the public. Services to Children is also a top priority. I am a member of the Lincoln Park Lions Club where I received the prestigious Melvin Jones Fellowship award for Community Service. I am a Greater Elder of the First Reformed Church of Lincoln Park, Chair the Outreach Committee and spearhead the Food Pantry efforts. I was also appointed by the NJ Supreme Court to serve as a public member on the District 10B Attorney ethics Committee 2017 to 2021. Communities I Serve
