Business Philosophy I believe that people need to make good decisions when it comes to buying or selling real estate. In order to do that well, they need good information. My job is to provide the necessary resources and guidance to help clients meet their goals. Education and Training Coldwell Banker Realty has been a wonderful connection for professional training in all areas of what I do. Combined with the local MLS and National Association of Realtors, there is a never-ending array of courses I take to further my education. Awards and Designations As a Coldwell Banker Realty Sales Associate I have been a member of the Local Board of Realtors Million and Multi-Million Clubs, Coldwell Bankers Multi-Million Club and President's Circle as well as other Award Designations with both. Areas of Expertise I have been certified in the Marketing and Sales of New Homes, Antique Homes (with the National Trust for Historic Preservation) and Commercial Properties. I also enjoy memberships in a wide variety of historic associations including the Association for Commercial Archeology and Craftsman's Farms. Community Involvement I have served on a number of committees in Mountain Lakes including 2 years as Chief on the Mountain Lakes Volunteer Fire Department. In 2008 I was elected to serve on town council and served as Mayor in 2015. Personal Background Born in Mountain Lakes way back when, I have lived here most of my life. I did live in Washington,D.C. for a number of years while attending college and running a small business. I entered real estate sales with Coldwell Banker Realty in 1991 and am here to stay. Communities I Serve Most of the Morris County area particularly The Boontons, Denville, Kinnelon, Montville, The Morris', Mountain Lakes, Parsippany, The Rockaways and Randolph. However, I am always ready for adventure.
