About PJ

Paul "PJ" Fenui Jr. is a Realtor-Associate®️ specializing in the purchase and sale of residences and investment properties within Northern New Jersey. PJ prides himself on his profound knowledge of this market area regarding school districts, neighborhood information, and related services (i.e. mortgage, insurance, and inspection information). Thus, he provides his clients with all the pertinent information they need when buying or selling in these areas and is able to adeptly guide them throughout any decision-making process. Prior to his career in real estate, PJ graduated from Montclair State University with a degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Entrepreneurship.
