About Julie

I was raised in Morris Township as was my husband and our 3 children. My entire K-12 education was in the Morris School District. After college I was the managing partner of LANINA, a women’s French fashion boutique importer in Millburn, NJ until I opted to devote my career to our 3 children. In 2006, I directed my Vision, Innovation and Passion to real estate marketing in Morris County. My parents and family were a household name in the county through their business, charitable, and social efforts. My objective has been to earn Julie Wintz Ballestero as my clients housesold name. The word Marketing is universal. There is nothing to sell if the customer chooses not to buy. My commitment is to help each of my clients market their property thru our first hello to the final sale or purchase. Knowing the culture of Morris County from location to education, logistics to demographics, legal to financial institutions are all part of our intellectual properties and experiences we gladly transparently share with our clients.
