With 39 years of experience in listing and selling real estate, I have successfully transacted nearly 1,000 properties. As Calvin Coolidge once said, “Nothing takes the place of experience,” and my extensive background in real estate is a testament to that. Before embarking on my real estate career, I taught special education, driven by a passion for helping people and doing the right thing. I hold a Master’s Degree from George Washington University and am an avid student of life. My continuous learning journey includes studying condo and townhouse communities from the perspectives of a seller, buyer, renter, and landlord. I have a deep understanding of community governing documents, including Master Deeds, bylaws, rules, and regulations, and I stay updated on issues affecting condo communities. Other professionals often refer to me as the “go-to” source for condo advice and information, earning me the title of the Condo Expert.
