About Judy

Bio Meet Judy Cancalosi, who is a real estate associate with Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage in the Middletown office. As a lifelong resident of Monmouth County, Judy was born and raised in Monmouth Beach, NJ. She is fortunate to have been able to take advantage of all that Monmouth County has to offer from excellent parks, to beaches to restaurants. She has great knowledge of the area towns on the Jersey Shore. Her approach is about her clients, not about herself. She has great communication skills, strong attention to detail and ensures a positive experience. Whether you are buying or selling, Judy understands the process can be stressful and she focuses on giving her attention to her clients and making the transition as smooth and stress free as possible. She does this by getting to know them along with their wants and needs. Ultimately, a successful sale is Judy's main goal and she utilizes her skills and knowledge to make that happen. In her free time she enjoys reading, playing Mah Jongg, traveling and spending time with family and friends.
