About Paul

Meet Paul M. Ferreira A lifetime resident of New Jersey, Paul was born and raised in Lodi. As the son of immigrant parents, Paul was taught from an early age the values and passions that come along with a solid foundation and strong moral values. Integrity, Commitment and Service are hallmark attributes that he aspires to every day. Paul understands what its like to stand in his client’s shoes. Having bought and sold houses of his own and having dealt with numerous situations of distressed buyers and sellers are second nature to Paul. He has served communities for years in a multitude of arenas. As a past chairman of a non-profit Children’s Dyslexia Center to being an organizational representative and state coordinator of a Hospital Visitation Program, Paul has been an active participant in the betterment of communities. A recipient of various awards for his volunteerism he has carved a unique path of caring and listening which highlights his Real Estate acumen. Industry memberships over the past 25 years include New Jersey MLS, Garden State MLS, Eastern Bergen County Board of Realtors, Sussex County Association of Realtors, New Jersey Association of Realtors, and the National Association of Realtors. Paul also has maintained a Real Estate Appraisal Business and is a State Certified Residential Appraiser. He currently holds accreditation and designations in Short Sales and Foreclosure Resources “SFR”, Pricing Strategies “PSA” and Residential Accredited Appraiser, “RAA”. He currently serves on committees for Community Service, and Young Professionals Network. The three pillars of success by Paul’s definition are: Integrity, Commitment, and Service.
