A leader in the real estate industry, Michael has built his sales, brokerage, speaking & investment career on integrity, loyalty, positivity, & a relentless drive towards growth. He has a passion for improving the lives of those around him & loves turning adversity into opportunity. As an RVP with Coldwell Banker, Michael leads an operation of over 600 real estate professionals responsible for billions of dollars in sales over the past several years. His agents have been among the best in the industry; with awards ranging from NCJAR's "Rookie of the Year", NJ Realtor's "Good Neighbor Award", the Wall Street Journal's "The Thousand", the "NAHREP 250" and more. He has consistently been named the top leader in New Jersey for production growth and annually ranks among the best in the country as part of the President's Council for Managers. Michael has been featured as a real estate expert on Good Morning America, named a "30 Under 30" honoree by the National Association of Realtors, given the "Rising Star" award by Burgdorff ERA, named to the RPAC Hall of Fame & has presented as a speaker/keynote across the country. His passion for real estate extends into real estate investment. His hospitality portfolio includes Jersey Shore B&Bs and an apartment building (The Melrose, The Central Ave House, The Allenhurst) and two historically restored homes in the Adirondacks. (North Creek All Season Rentals). He also invests in SFRs, flips and a working farm. Michael's commitment to service has led to his induction to NCJAR's Board of Trustees. He currently serves on the executive leadership team as the Treasurer for the 16,000+ Realtor members across New Jersey. He chaired the Technology Committee, YPN Network & served on the Board of Directors for NJ Realtors. He's served on the National Association of Realtor's YPN Advisory Board and Housing Opportunity Committee. He's also been a Director for NAHREP and the vice-chair of New Providence's Board of Adjustments. Personally, Michael is happily married and a proud "Girl Dad" to four beautiful little ladies. He's also a 5-time NYC Marathoner, who raised tens of thousands of dollars for Project Purple to cure the world of Pancreatic Cancer in honor of his close friend, Alex Salib. He loves to travel and has been all around the world, including opportunities to study in both Beijing, China and Florence, Italy. He earned a bachelor's degree in International Economics from Seton Hall University and completed Harvard Law School's Program on Negotiation and Leadership.
