About Jennifer

My name is Jennifer Scott, and I am one of the members of The Scott Team NJ, along with my husband, Julius R. Scott III. I am an Educator by trade—with experience ranging from Bilingual Pre-K through Third grade. I was very active growing up—I played piano, swam, ice skated, ran track, played basketball, cheered and danced. I loved, and still love, The Arts. My biggest love is music, and it wouldn’t be uncommon for me to respond to a question or comment with a Hip Hop verse or song lyric. My mother is Haitian, my father was Bangladeshi, they met in Brooklyn and I was born and raised here in New Jersey. I am fluent in Spanish and can speak and understand some Haitian Creole and French. Fun Fact: for 1st through 5th grade, I went to a Polish Catholic School, where one of the first languages I formally learned was Polish (I can only remember a few words now). I’ve always loved culture and enjoy traveling and eating different foods. I’m a proud alum of the University of Delaware where I was a Psychology major and Spanish Minor and continued on to receive my Masters in Human Development and Family Studies Research. My main goal as your Real Estate Agent is to hear our clients' needs, educate them on the best way to achieve their goals and advocate on their behalf from beginning to end. As a member of The Scott Team NJ, I pride myself on transparency, diligence, innovative thinking and leading our clients along their path of legacy for their families.
