For over 15 years I have been a full time residential Real Estate agent in Northern New Jersey. I have successfully sold hundreds of homes. Prior to my Real Estate career, I was a business executive in New York working for companies like Disney, Children's Television Workshop (Sesame Street) and Scholastic in Senior executive roles in Marketing and Business Development. My strong business background is the basis for my successful Real Estate career. It has provided me with strong skills in Negotiation, Marketing, Business Development and Business Management; all of which are a very strong and critical asset in successfully selling Real Estate. Having moved from NYC to the 'burbs myself, I can relate to and understand buyer's motivation and needs when moving from the Urban to the Suburban. This insight is helpful in helping buyers find homes in NJ towns along the train lines, as well as providing insight for sellers in NJ looking to appeal to the young urban market.
