Cari Genesio is a licensed real estate agent proudly working for Coldwell Banker, Manalapan NJ. She has lived in Monouth and Ocean counties for over 20 years. Her background in commercial project coordination and residential renovation design has built a strong foundation for her career. As a graduate of NYIAD, she has learned to effectively apply her design knowledge to recreate and enhance spaces. She has successfully managed and designed residential renovations and flips. Having a background in project coordination has helped her develop a unique, systematic approach to handling projects and contracts, especially under pressure. Cari, like Coldwell Banker, is an avid supporter of St Jude's Children's Hospital and is committed to this cause. She enjoys spending time with her family, friends and her Morkie, Koko. A beach girl at heart, she loves to spend her free time at the Jersey Shore.
