Agent Development Specialist – Coldwell Banker Realty, Northern NJ Region Hello! I’m Robyn Martin, Agent Development Specialist for Coldwell Banker Realty’s North Region. I support our agents through expert training, group classes, one-on-one coaching, and strategic business development—empowering them to grow as professionals and as whole, well-rounded individuals. With a lifelong passion for training and leadership, I’ve built my career mentoring teams, developing high-performing professionals, and guiding others to reach their goals. When I joined Coldwell Banker in 2018 as a Sales Support Administrator, I discovered my passion for real estate—and a deep respect for the drive, courage, and grit of the agents who choose this path. That experience laid the foundation for my current role, where I now empower agents to thrive through systems mastery, mindset coaching, and practical, personalized support. I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Industrial and Organizational Psychology and am a certified Behavior Change Specialist. This combination of education and hands-on experience allows me to understand what drives people and how to translate that insight into real-world growth. I help agents develop meaningful habits, create structure, and take focused action—especially in fast-paced, service-oriented environments like real estate. As a certified Holistic Health Coach, yoga instructor, and meditation guide, I bring a whole-person perspective to coaching. I believe that the root of a thriving business lies in well-being—nurtured through mindset, movement, and intentional daily practices.
