Business Philosophy As a professional realtor, my mission is to ensure success for my clients who monetize or invest in one of their most important assets- real estate. I do this by studying and knowing the market, and knowing my clientrsquo;s ultimate financial goals. I am also dedicated to helping my clients through the life-changing transitions that are experienced by a move and by assuring that they and their families are happy and successfully integrated into the community. During my professional career my colleagues and clients would describe me as ethical and honest, organized and detail-oriented, a strong problem solver and communicator who is passionate about getting to the right answer for their clients. Professional Experience In the past 35 years, I have been a global executive in the Fortune 500 (Nabisco and Schering-Plough), and a Global and US partner at Ernst amp; Young. This experience helped build my knowledge of different cultures and helped build my understand people and their motivations. Among my many roles, I moved international executives around the world and helped them to make decisions about their careers and family. During this period I built strong negotiating skills during my responsibilities dealing with compensation and hiring and with client contracts and services. I also served as COO for an owner/founder run business (an arm of Bloomberg LLP), have led my own consulting company and helped my husband grow a successful software business. These experiences helped me to build strong entrepreneurial skills and my ability to instill trust quickly and consistently. Over the years, I have personally bought and sold a number of properties. I was raised in Livingston NJ, and met my husband Chris at Nabisco. After spending our early married years in Montville, we decided to raise our family in Chatham Township where we have lived for the past 14 years. Our daughters ndash; 26 and 24, are now grown and on their own, and we share our home with our friendly Wheaten Terrier, Jake. I am an avid swimmer and golfer and love to read, paint and do needlework. When we can find the time, we enjoy going to Long Beach Island and riding our motorcycle. I am proud to be a board member of Dress for Success Morris County in Madison. As Board President, I was instrumental in growing both the revenue and the board by 70% over the past three years. I continue to be committed to the worthy cause of ldquo;Working to get Women Workingrdquo; in 8 northern NJ counties.
