Education and Training I attended The American University in Washington, D.C. and Temple University in Philadelphia, PA where I earned a Bachelors of Arts. I went on to spend the better part of 16 years in brand marketing for some of the Earth's most iconic characters Superman, Batman and Wonder Woman. When the opportunity arose to stop the NYC commute, I hung up the capes and tights and decided to share my hidden passion for Real Estate with the town and my clients. I am thrilled to market properties and find places for clients to live using my skills to deliver happiness in the form of a home. It makes for a truly fulfilling career. Interesting Facts I have had an interest in real estate since the first time I played Monoply as a child. My father was born in Atlantic City so that was quite early. I also am a hobbyist interior decorator and home stager and even appeared on the Nate Berkus Show twice receiving "Nate Crates" which challenged me to decorate rooms with conents of the crate. Areas of Expertise Being a local gives me a deep understanding of the Livingston neighborhoods and what each provides in the way of houses. I Am a Part of the Community An 9 year resident of Livingston. I have supported the expansion of the Public Library, support the volunteer firemen and paramedics, and particpate yearly in clean up days on public Green Lands. Livingston Local I specialize in Livingston, as the Meranus family has lived here nearly 40 years. I also serve the surrounding towns of West Orange, Short Hills, Millburn and Montclair. Personal Background Originally from Bucks County, PA and then NYC. Love brought me to Livingston. I've been a Livingston resident for nearly 9 years. Married to Lenny "Livingson Leo" Meranus and a daughter in the Elementary schools. I am active in the town and many of it's events. Whether it's the effort to build the state of the art library, the Memorial Day Parade or Kid's Day on the Oval. The Meranus family has been part of the fabric of the Livingston Community for nearly 40 years.
