I have managed associates in numerous offices with another company for 22 of those years. I find Coldwell Banker's focus to be a breath of fresh air. My focus has always been on the customer-client. As a non-competing manager my sales associates are my clients and I spend my time helping them to grow their business and giving them support. Prior to getting into real estate, I was affiliated with a Fortune 500 Company, managing a tri state sales territory. I attribute my success to relating well with people, putting their interests first and providing the best customer service.
