I am a full-time Real Estate Agent who assists both buyers and sellers throughout New Jersey. Shortly after moving from Utica, NY to Jersey City, NJ in 2001, I started my Real Estate career because of my love of helping others and my interest in real estate. When I helped my first client, I realized I made the perfect career choice. Why?...it wasn't just about the money....I loved the smile on my client's face when I helped her moved to her next stage in life and that was something I wanted to relive over and over again. I’ve spent the last 23 years practicing and learning everything there is to know about condominium, single family, multi-family and commercial properties as well as keeping abreast of the entire real estate sales and listing processes as they evolve. Working with various clients has given me the knowledge of various cities and neighborhoods and has introduced me to the various types of financing programs available for buyers and sellers Working through the market’s ups and downs and staying educated throughout the years has opened the doors for me to also become a seller of Short Sale and Bank Owned Properties, has polished my property valuation skills exponentially and has allowed me to become an expert in property valuations, marketing and advertising.
