With over 30 years in the real estate industry, Cathy Denis knows what it takes to get the best deal for her clients, more importantly she knows how to close the deal successfully. Cathy's journey in life and experience in the industry makes her an invaluable asset to have by your side. She is a nationally endorsed local provider (ELP) by Dave Ramsey and is passionate about helping people out of difficult situations. Having moved over 25 times before the age of 30, Cathy has experienced the moving process first hand, more times than many. She currently resides in New Milford where she has been a resident for the last 35 years. Her familiarity with the local market is a major asset. Cathy's passion for helping others, positive attitude, vast network of professionals and superb negotiating skills allow her to provide her clients the best service. Cathy is currently a member of the National Association of Realtors, NJ Association of Realtors, Greater Bergen Board of Realtors, New Jersey MLS and the Garden State MLS. During her spare time, Cathy enjoys spending time with family, going to the beach, watching college football, and helping out at her daughter's flower shop.
