About Joanne

For more than 30 years, I’ve had the joy of helping clients through one of life’s biggest adventures, buying or selling a home. From day one, my philosophy has been simple: exceptional service, exceptional results, and relationships that last long after the closing table. Before real estate, I taught Middle and High School English, which means I know my way around good communication, active listening… and a red pen or two! Those early years shaped the caring, hands‑on approach I bring to every client. I’m grateful to have earned honors such as Coldwell Banker’s International President’s Elite (top 2% worldwide), the NJ Realtors® Platinum Circle of Excellence Award, and the Women on the Move and What Moves Her® awards. In 1998, I co‑founded Dance for the Cure, and since then we’ve proudly gifted over $1.4 million to local breast cancer patients, work that earned me the Somerset County Hometown Hero Award and continues to fill my heart. I’ve called Hillsborough home since 1986, raised my two children here, and have taught tap dance for more than 30 years (yes, the shoes still fit!). I serve clients throughout Somerset, Hunterdon, Mercer, and Middlesex Counties, and offer trusted referrals nationwide.
