About Kate

Kate Zschech is a graduate of Gettysburg College and earned her Master's i Education at the University of Delaware. She and her husband, Wayne, were called home to South Jersey when he accepted a call to be pastor at Our Savior Lutheran church in Haddonfield where the couple resides. Kate with her family are avid supporters of Rotary and Rotary Youth Exchange which began a path culminating in their daughter, Brie, earning her Global MBA and resulted in the family hosting 7 international students at their home. Family and cultural learning are a passion for Kate and her family! Prior to entering real estate, Kate enjoyed a varied background involving all aspects of the home. She's managed and sold furniture, worked in interior design, built homes through Habitat and participated in week long service events and home improvement projects. Kate also participates regularly in providing meals for My Father's House in Gloucester City and outreach events through her church and community. Kate's focus on real estate is also in service o others and to the end she has earned her Accredited Staging Professional, Seller's Representative Specialist, Accredited Buyer Representative and e-pro designations. Kate also earned the NJAR Circle of Excellence Bronze designation in 20017 and 2018
