About Hilda

After a successful career in music entertainment where she held management positions in marketing, promotions, public relations, event planning, sales and fundraising with several major record labels, Hilda made the jump into real estate in 2005. Working with artists like Prince, Michael Jackson, Tina Turner, Janet Jackson, Quincy Jones, and Mariah Carey, Hilda developed a sturdy foundation in negotiation, attention to detail, integrity and work ethic, to successfully help launch their careers. She uses these same skills in real estate to serve her clients who describe her as professional, knowledgeable, organized, resourceful, extremely patient and most important to them, an agent who listens to her clients to determine what they want to accomplish and whatrsquo;s in their best interest. Hilda's goal is to get sellers the best price in the shortest amount of time through considerable exposure of their homes using cutting edge technology, extensive marketing campaigns, websites and social media designed to reach a wide range of qualified buyers. If you are buying, she will search diligently for the right properties, assist with pre-approvals and negotiate the best terms of an offer to ensure the contract is accepted. Hilda works closely with the Eastern Bergen County Board of Realtors where she serves as Chairman of the Community Service and Outreach Committee, donating her time to give back to the community. Born and raised in North Carolina, Hilda has retained her Southern charm with a Northern touch. She is a longtime homeowner in Englewood where she is a faithful member of Community Baptist Church. She enjoys music, travel, spinning, weight training and sports, especially football. As an avid fan of the New York Giants, she was thrilled when the opportunity arose to help several coaches who became clients when they relocated to the area.
