Business Philosophy I strive to give customers and clients my utmost commitment to integrity, honesty, loyalty and real estate professionalism. I treat real estate brokerage with a passion and as a legitimate full time business, with personal accountability and customer satisfaction as my main goals. I work to a standard above and beyond the Realtor Code of Ethics, which in and of itself sets high benchmarks for treating everyone honestly and ethically. As I have seen over and over, you do truly 'get by giving'. Education and Training Continuing education and professional training are ongoing activities I partake in to satisfy National and State real estate requirements. I add to that with Relocation refreshers on a regular basis. My office also provides technical and professional development classes not only from within Coldwell Banker and NRT, but from outside educators, motivators and instructors alike Awards And Designations As I am so focused on client and customer relations and business matters, personal recognition thru awards and designations thusly follows. Most recently in 2017 I received the Bronze Level Circle of Excellence from the New Jersey Association of Realtors, and have had this distinction before as well. Areas of Expertise After 26 years of full time Real Estate experience, I consider myself expert in the residential market of listing homes and finding homes for buyer clients. From the smallest of condos to the grandest of estates, I am quite comfortable with all aspects of brokerage. Side aspects of real estate I also practice, includes multi-family homes and vacant land. As a Relocation certified agent, I am extra sensitive to those families settling into New Jersey from half way around the Country or half way around the World. Similarly when a corporate client leaves our great state, I work closely with the firms helping them with the transitional process and the sometimes tedious paperwork that is required from all parties. Community Involvement I am deeply committed to helping those in my neighborhood, those that are underprivileged, and certainly to those troops that have taken the pledge to serve our Country. I annually participate in the local fun run known as the Turkey Trot - benefiting those of the CEA organization. Every Christmas I am the coordinator in the U.S. Marines Toys for Tots program for children. And as the military is close to my heart, for many years I have contributed my time and talents to the Operation Jersey Cares, which pledges NEVER to forget our young men and women that are serving overseas and for those that return so proudly to our shores. Personal Background I am proud to say that I have spent my entire life in New Jersey! Residing now in the Flemington area for 30 years, I am married and have the joy to see my son working in the marketing/sales field and is married, June 2018. When I'm not showing someone a house, or listing another - I spend time in the kitchen concocting a treat for my family to enjoy. Communities I Serve To serve all clients better, I work with a seasoned partner (also with 26 years experience), Fred Gentzel. Together we can bring a high level of local knowledge to those moving into the area, or to those who are about to leave the State in pursuit of their dreams. We cover ALL of Hunterdon County, and as the need arises we will touch on our bordering Counties of Somerset, Mercer and Warren. Fred and I specialize in residential properties, but also have experience with multi-family homes, land, investment properties and can also serve the commercial client for leasing and all other matters.
