Joe Cash was first licensed in 1981 and worked his way up to being one of the top agents in the Metuchen – Edison, New Jersey real estate market. He then took his experience and moved into corporate marketing and sales, becoming an award winning salesperson in real estate publishing and information technology, and later the VP of Marketing & Sales for Embassy Elevator, a successful New York City elevator company. A change in the economy led him back to real estate brokerage in late 2001.
