About Bob

I began my real estate career in 1998. Philosophically, I believe that realtors should function as informed consultants to address their client's needs. Years ago, I began as an investor and got great satisfaction renovating properties. I believe that this aspect of my career has become a great asset, as I can assess the value of properties that other Realtors may not possess. I also have considerable experience with commercial properties. Lastly, I am a member of the CORE Association of Realtors, the New Jersey Association of Realtors and the Garden State Multiple Listing Service. My affiliation with Coldwell Banker, a number one market share company that utilizes modern technology and has an extensive network of agents to provide the necessary services required whether you are buying or selling your home. I am currently living on a farm outside of Ringoes, New Jersey. I have been a lifelong resident of Hunterdon County. I have two children and six grandchildren. I have an undergraduate degree in education and two graduate degrees. I have had a very gratifying career in education working with handicapped children. As a result of both my training and experience, I believe that I possess excellent communication skills and am sensitive to other's needs. Among my interests are running and the outdoors.
