Business Philosophy My business philosophy is simple: Treat people the way you would like to be treated which is with honesty, respect, credibility, and integrity. As you may know, the purchase and or sale of a home can be one of the most important decisions, we make in our lifetime. I have a successful 30+ year career in sales. Known for putting my clients' needs first, my ability to listen carefully, communicate, and negotiate will make your "home" experience with me a seamless one. My commitment to excellence combined with state-of- the- art marketing tools will provide a win-win relationship for both of us. I will be there for you every step of the way! Education and Training I earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Education in English from the State University of New York College at Buffalo as well as courses toward a master's degree in children's literature from New York University. I have had an extraordinarily successful career in publishing initially as a production editor for Appleton-Century-Crofts, and then as a regional sales manager in educational sales for the renowned Peterson's Guides. I attribute much of my success to the passion I have to be and do the very best. I specialize in the Active Adult Communities in Monroe Township as well as the residential single family homes in Monroe Township as well as East Brunswick and the surrounding towns of Middlesex County. Background I grew up in the New York area and moved to New Jersey in the 1970's, settling in the Kendall Park then Plainsboro and currently I live in Monroe Township. And so, I bring a great deal of varied knowledge and expert real estate advice to service the needs of my clients .My sales and negotiating skills were honed during my tenure as a regional sales manager for Peterson's.
