WHO AM I? Hi there! I'm Jonathan Weiss, an Agent Development Specialist for several of the offices in Coldwell Banker Realty. I'm here to help agents, like you, maximize their potential by providing best practices and tools. In 2018, my career began with Coldwell Banker Realty as a Sales Support Administrator for the Rumson, New Jersey office. As an administrator, I assisted agents with their transactions and began to learn and teach about all of the tools on Desk. What became clear was that there are so many tools and so many ways to use them. More importantly, there aren't many wrong ways to use these tools. However, the worst way to use our tools is by not using them. And while there aren't many wrong ways to use these tools, there are best practices. That's where an Agent Development Specialist, like me, comes in. WHAT DO WE DO? The Agent Development Specialist team partners with agents, like you, as they build their business and increase productivity utilizing Coldwell Banker Realty's tools and resources through developing, training and coaching.
