About Suzy

Suzy Sun launched her real estate career in 2016, beginning with a Master’s degree in Real Estate Development and Finance from Columbia University. Her academic foundation gave her deep expertise in acquisition, deal structuring, development, construction, property management, and disposition—skills she’s applied across both commercial and residential markets. Suzy specializes in new construction and high-end renovated homes. She works closely with local builders and developers, which give her clients a practical understanding of construction quality, materials, and pricing. Suzy brings a wide range of resources to every client—whether you're buying, selling, or investing. Her background in development and finance, combined with her personal investment journey, allows her to offer tailored solutions for every real estate need. Now based in Bergen County with her family, she’s committed to staying connected to her community and looks forward to giving back through volunteer work in the future. When she’s not working, Suzy enjoys beach days, skiing, swimming, reading, and playing the piano.
