My Father encouraged me to enter the world of real estate over twenty-five years ago which is when I obtained my NYC license. Growing up in a real estate family does have its advantages. It is an eye opener unlike any reality show who creates the vision of glamour and how easy it is to be a Realtor. This illusion is far from the truth. My experience has taught me that every Buyer has specific search criteria; from hallways being wide enough to permit a wheelchair, schools that offer programs for children with special needs, homes with charm, homes with a pool, updated homes, “fixer uppers”, etc. The search takes time and perseverance to make a client happy. And making a client happy is my specialty. Buying and/or Selling a home is paved with ups and downs from the time an offer is accepted, to inspection and all the way to closing.
