REAL ESTATE EXPERIENCE Real estate transactions are among the most personal and important financial decisions we'll ever make. As someone who has been building my own equity in the real estate market - buying, flipping, and managing residentIal and commercial properties since 1995 - I have a unique perspective when it comes to working with my clients. I understand first hand the numerous steps involved in these transactions, along with the wide range of emotion that one can experience throughout the process. PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE Prior to becoming a realtor, in my 10 years as a social studies teacher with a masters in educational leadership and administration, I taught over 1000 students. I've found that my experience in education has become an asset when representing first time home buyers, sellers, and investors. Who better to introduce them to the world of real estate than a former educator with her own portfolio of properties? COMMUNITY INVOLVEMENT As a lifelong resident of Bergen County and a former president of our local PTA I am always happy to share my knowledge of the local and surrounding school systems and activities for children, in addition to information on local shopping districts, restaurants, businesses and recreational opportunities.
