Evelyn Ciszak has been in the restaurant industry for 30 years. Hospitality and guest service is in her genes. As a sommelier, she listens intently to her guests interests and guides them through the wine list and their dining experience. She honed her skills at Jean-Georges Restaurants, Waldorf=Astoria's Peacock Alley, The Fireman Hospitality group and many others. She chose her life in real estate to find more time to be with her son and family. Born and raised in Forest Hills, Queens, she currently lives in Closter, NJ. Evelyn with her husband and partner, owns the local French restaurant Brasserie Mémère in the Closter Plaza.
