Business Philosophy My basic philosophy in assisting my clients in buying and selling real estate is to LISTEN to their needs and wants and then use my time, energy, knowledge and more than 40 years of experience to help them achieve their goals. Education and Training I have had my Brokers license since 1986, have been been selling and listing real estate since 1983, earned the designation of Graduate Realtor Institute (GRI) and I hold a Bachelor of Science in Business from Rutgers University. Awards and Designations NJAR Circle of Excellence, Distinguished Sales Club (Lifetime Member) of NJAR, achieved Coldwell Banker Presidents Circle, Presidents Club and Presidents Elite plus numerous Salesperson of the Month awards for my office and the county over the past 40 plus years. Areas of Expertise Relocation assistance selling and buying, older/antique homes, condos and townhomes and all types/styles of homes in Hunterdon, Warren and parts of Somerset and Morris Counties. Representing first time buyers and local move up buyers and sellers are also a specialty area of selling that I enjoy. Being a lifelong resident of this part of New Jersey I am comfortable in the area, schools, transportation and overall knowledge of Central New Jersey. I am also licensed to sell real estate in Pennsylvania so I can assist clients into Eastern PA as well. Community Involvement Past President of Hunterdon County Board of Realtors, former Board member of Hunterdon Helpline and Hunterdon Chapter of National Council on Alcohol and Drug Dependency. Participated in many local school and community events, sports and functions especially while my 4 children were going through the local schools and on to colleges. Personal Background Resident of this area of New Jersey for over 65 years, and have had children go through the local schools and enter and graduate from several colleges. I am very familiar with this part of New Jersey and I love the natural beauty, convenience and quality of living found here.
