Joanne's professional background brings a wealth of experience from her 36-year tenure as an executive assistant at the Port Authority of NY NJ. Having witnessed the organization's highs and lows, including surviving 9/11, Joanne retired in January 2018. Her extensive background has equipped her with invaluable expertise and knowledge, which she now applies to her real estate career. Joanne's interest in real estate was sparked by her husband, John Varriano, Branch VP of the Chester office, who has been in the business for over 20 years. After retiring, Joanne obtained her Real Estate License from the American School of Business in Fairfield, NJ, and joined the Coldwell Banker Clifton office, following in her husband's successful footsteps.
