I can also assist you with the residential leasing process for your income property and/or getting you into a different residential rental space. I'm with you through the entire process. I believe in a job well done and I'm a finisher. I'll use all my combined 25+ years of experience as a Realtor, property manager, homeowner, contractor, small businesses owner, wife of a builder and mother to two young men in the trades. I pay attention to the details and the big picture. From the way back, my parents, grandparents and great grandparents owned income properties, so I learned young, from the inside out, how to buy, renovate, rent and sell real estate. It's a family tradition, and I'm all in. Since I was a kid growing up in Hazlet and Holmdel, I loved the whole idea of HOME, houses, apartments, neighborhoods, and just everything that had to do with where people live. I like Real Estate, it's exciting! I studied business at BCC, I've got certifications from Rutgers for Beekeeping, Composting and Master Gardening. My favorite activities are beaching, dancing, gardening, hiking, laughing, yoga and sometimes cooking. I have a life long history in Monmouth County and I know it well.
