Teri began her career as a licensed realtor over 30 years ago in Syracuse, New York, which also lead to her position working with a custom home builder as part of the design, sales and marketing team. Eventually locating to Basking Ridge, New Jersey, Teri continued utilizing her education in design (Syracuse University), along with her strength in sales and marketing, (advertising research at S I Newhouse School of Communications) by working with builders, architects, and home buyers. As a full time, licensed realtor,Teri is well positioned in enabling her clients to present their homes in their best possible light for marketing their homes. While searching for their new homes, Teri is able to help her clients envision the realistic possibilities in the marketplace. The Partnership Joe After many successful years as a senior corporate technology manager, Joe decided to translate that success from the corporate world in New York City, to start a career in real estate as a full time/full service licensed realtor with Coldwell Banker.
