With 17 years of industry experience, I have weathered all types of markets and leaned how to excel in each of them. My finance and technical background lend to my ability to interpret the ever-changing market trends and provide keen insight to my agents. As a Non-Compete Manager - the only measure of my success is that of my agents. That means I am your champion - I am here 24 x 7 to see to your success. I host in-office workshops and guest educational speakers on a variety of topics to educate my agents, allowing my agents to remain ahead of the industry standards while growing their business. In addition, I provide one-on-one coaching sessions for any agent to ensure their personal success thereby growing the reputation and market share of the entire office. I have been named to prestigious President's Council for Managers several that recognizes the top 20% of managers nationwide. I am passionate about providing support for my agents to ensure they are the most knowledgeable and technology forward Real Estate Agents in the marketplace.
