About Katie

Katie is excited to join Coldwell Banker with her mother, Kathy Frese, and leverage the successful real estate business that she has maintained over the past four decades. Katie has resided in Chatham Township, NJ since 2018 when she and her family relocated from Pacific Palisades, CA. With her three children enrolled in the Chatham public schools, who are also heavily involved in local sports, Katie is a natural and abundant resource to any potential client looking to move to or within our local communities. While raising her kids and living in Los Angeles, Katie spent some time working as a real estate agent servicing the West Los Angeles neighborhoods of Brentwood, Santa Monica and Pacific Palisades. Katie enjoys taking the time to understand her clients needs. She believes that the purchasing and selling of real estate is a personal, and at times emotional, process that is best performed with a foundation based on trust. Having experience with both, building her former home in Pacific Palisades, and completely renovating her current Chatham home, Katie can offer her clients clear insights on value oriented home purchasing decisions. Katie grew up in Maplewood, NJ and graduated from Georgetown University with a Bachelor of Science in Finance. After working in the Equity Research department of an investment bank, Katie transitioned into a variety of sales oriented roles, which eventually led her to follow in her mother’s footsteps and become a Real Estate Agent.
