About Jim

James “Jim” Hanson was raised in Plymouth Meeting, PA. In the summer of 1981, he decided to visit Cape May for the first time and has been a full-time resident ever since. Real estate has always been his passion. In 1984 Jim started investing here when he purchased his first home, and in 1986 he obtained his real estate sales license. He then furthered his real estate expertise by focusing on real estate appraisal, eventually becoming a State Certified General Appraiser in 1992, appraising all types of residential, commercial, and industrial properties throughout South Jersey. Jim is a highly motivated individual, pays particular attention to detail, and is extremely dedicated to his work. Whether buying or selling - he is ready, willing, and able to put his professional skills to work for his clients.
