My name is Sean McLellan and I am a realtor with 6 years of experience in the industry. I am a graduate from The University of Rhode Island with a degree in Communication Studies, as well as The University of Scranton with a Master’s Degree in Educational Administration. Since this time, I was drawn to the fast-paced world of real estate and have built a strong foundation of knowledge. I continue to learn about all of the newest trends, information, and practices, in order to provide the best quality of service and communication to our clients. My area of expertise is all along the New Jersey Shoreline and I have a deep knowledge of the local market. I specialize in single family residence sales, shore rentals (weekly/monthly/seasonal), and apartment or home rentals. I am skilled in marketing and branding to promote our properties to clients and my sellers are drawn to my in-depth marketing practices. In my 6 years as a realtor, I have built a reputation for my professionalism, honesty, and tireless work ethic. I approach every transaction with a focus on creating value for my clients.
