We have been working as a team for 16+ years focusing on residential real estate in Somerset and Hunterdon Counties. We are full-time professionals who are multi-million dollar top producers with our business growing each year. In the last five years we have listed and sold well over 150 properties. For 2021, we closed 36 properties representing approximately $21M in sales. Our goal is to be your partners for success whether you are selling your home or purchasing a new home. We believe in communicating with our clients, educating them on the processes, and working diligently to secure the best possible terms for them. The use of home staging and professional photography and videography are key components of our business philosophy, which is to obtain maximum results for our sellers. We are premier agents on websites such as Realtor.com and use that status to feature our listings. Additionally, our listings are promoted on our own website and our social media sites. We also use print and online advertising, as well as direct mailing to target buyers. All of this serves to provide maximum exposure of our listings, via a variety of platforms. For buyers, we provide a valuable resource for local market knowledge as well as community information. We are experienced negotiators and use that skill to obtain the optimal purchase price and terms. We are instrumental in guiding them through their home purchase process. We have several professional designations including: Certified Relocation Specialists, Accredited Buyer Representatives, Accredited Staging Professionals, Short Sales & Foreclosure Specialists, and Masters degrees in business disciplines. Lisa Middleton graduated from the University of Richmond, BS in Business Administration and Stevens Institute of Technology with a Master of Science in Management. Prior to becoming a Realtor she worked at AT&T. Kimberley Dabrowski graduated from Rutgers College and went on to receive her masters from Rutgers University Graduate School. Prior to becoming a realtor she worked at KPMG and Marsh & McLennan Companies.
