In 2023 I once again grew my sales of residences at all price levels - and to more than $280 Million over the course of 15 years in business. I advise buyers and sellers regarding current market conditions and comparative values. For listing and selling homes, planning, positioning and marketing the home for maximum return, getting sellers the most money for their home. For buyers, I work to get the most house for their money in the location they want most. I excel in negotiating contracts and manage the entire process through to the closing table. Formerly a 34-year resident of Basking Ridge, raising two perfect children with the help of the Bernards Township public school system. Caitlyn went on to Duke + UC Berkeley/Haas and Alex to Notre Dame. Greg is a long-time volunteer and member of the Board of Directors for the Somerset Hills YMCA, and was elected Branch Board Chair for 2018 and 2022.
