Business Philosophy Although I have been blessed with many careers (teaching, international financial markets, raising two wonderful children) my career in real estate has been energizing! I'm passionate about helping people from beginning till closing. My smallest deal was $40,000 and the largest 2.4 million! Both transactions were handled with the same attention to detail. Education and Training My college years were idyllic at Hamilton College in Clinton, New York. After Hamilton, I attended Pace University for two years to pursue a career in school psychology until an opportunity to work in Commodity Arbitrage at Merrill Lynch came calling! My final stop on my Wall Street career was to open the Bond Department for BHF Secuities, a subsidiary of a Merchant Bank BHF Bank. Here I was honored and proud to be able to both buy and sell bonds with customers from all over the world. I also had the privilege of traveling the globe! Community Involvement Community Service has always been a mainstay of my life. For nine years I was elected to the Franklin Lakes Board of Education, K- 8. When I moved to Allendale in 2005 I joined several service organizations. For 2024, I am for the second year the VP of the Allendale/Saddle River Rotary, The Woman's Club, and the Chamber of Commerce. Personal Background Growing up in upstate New York surrounded by a large family was certainly a blessing. I moved to New York City following college and have remained in the NY/NJ metropolitan area since. My love of the theater, and all of the wonders of NYC will keep me close to NYC. The quiet and security of the suburbs will keep me here! For 18 years I lived in Franklin Lakes and prior to that in Ramsey. In 2005 I moved from Franklin Lakes to a quaint Victorian home in Allendale, NJ. It is the best of both worlds. Walking to town, and close to NYC&> Lisa was excellent and went well beyond call of duty! It was a great transaction, and any problems Lisa handled professionally. ~Seller in Wayne
