About Tia

Hi, my name is Tia and I appreciate your consideration of me as your Real Estate Professional. I would classify myself as an outdoor girl... enjoying many outdoor recreational pursuits. I offer over 40 years of personal experience in buying, selling, renovating, decorating, landscaping and renting properties. Substantial knowledge was gained by being the General Contractor on my own home in Sugarloaf ME, as well as several other home renovations. I received my degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Maine, Orono, and worked in the technology sector before becoming a mother of three. Through the years, we lived in California, Georgia, Maine and New Hampshire. My children are now (fairly) independent and I now have the time to pursue my interest in Real Estate, and share my accumulated experiences. My very early years involved helping with vacation rentals on Mooselookmeguntic Lake in Maine. This instilled in me the value of property management, maintenance, and the customer experience. I also continue to manage several vacation rental properties in the Rangeley Lakes, and Carrabassett Valley area. I enjoy architectural and land diversity; exploring properties from the coastline to the Mountains and am especially fond of properties with a "view".
