About Patti

Raised in Gloucester, MA, Patti Kappotis-Dix moved to Epping, NH thirty years ago with her family; and embraced the community. Raising her children in Epping and being involved in the community has given Patti tremendous insight and extensive knowledge of the local area. Patti Kappotis-Dix has been a Realtor® since 2001, and is involved in all areas of residential and commercial real estate, new construction and land development. She believes in carefully listening to her customers, in order to get a better understanding of exactly what they want. She then works diligently to help them achieve their goals. Patti works hard at making home Selling and Buying as stress free as possible for her clients. She enjoys helping both Sellers and Buyers meet their every need during all phases of the real estate transaction. No matter what price range or property type, Patti treats all her customers with the undivided attention and respect they deserve. Patti loves meeting new people, and treats them all like friends she hasn’t met yet. The proof is that some of her clients have returned to her 4 or 5 times to buy or sell, as well as referring her to friends and family members. Many of them have become friends.
